uva ursi leaves (Arctostaphylos uva - ursi) 31%, restharrow root (Ononis spinosa) 27%, heather herb (Calluna vulgaris) 22%, birch leaves (Betula spp.) 10%, chamomile flower (Chamomilla recutita) 10%.
Drink warm tea up to 3 times a day, always freshly prepared.
Daily dose of arbutin: 3 doses of 115 mg.
